We support independent school bus contractors who meet the following program guidelines:

Available coverages include property and automobile insurance, along with options such as garagekeepers legal liability and abuse and molestation coverage for drivers.

  • In operation for at least five years
  • No more than 15% non-school bus operations (including charter services)
  • Account loss ratio of 35% or less
  • Minimum premium of $50,000 (generally 35 bus units)
  • Operating in rural or suburban communities under 100,000 in population and at least 20 miles outside a major city (defined as a population over 250,000)
  • Maximum of 200 power units
